California Penal Code Sections 833-851.90

CHAPTER 5. ARREST, BY WHOM AND HOW MADE

834b. (a) Every law enforcement agency in California shall fully cooperate with the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service regarding any person who is arrested if he or she is suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws.

(b) With respect to any such person who is arrested, and suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws, every law enforcement agency shall do the following:

(1) Attempt to verify the legal status of such person as a citizen of the United States, an alien lawfully admitted as a permanent resident, an alien lawfully admitted for a temporary period of time or as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of immigration laws. The verification process may include, but shall not be limited to, questioning the person regarding his or her date and place of birth, and entry into the United States, and demanding documentation to indicate his or her legal status.

(2) Notify the person of his or her apparent status as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws and inform him or her that, apart from any criminal justice proceedings, he or she must either obtain legal status or leave the United States.

(3) Notify the Attorney General of California and the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service of the apparent illegal status and provide any additional information that may be requested by any other public entity.

(c) Any legislative, administrative, or other action by a city, county, or other legally authorized local governmental entity with jurisdictional boundaries, or by a law enforcement agency, to prevent or limit the cooperation required by subdivision (a) is expressly prohibited.

Any of this look familiar?  Like, perhaps a certain law in Arizona that has been the cause of California officials calling for boycotts and charges of racial profiling and Federal lawsuits? Someone might want to point out to California officials that their law is rather vague on the whole ‘racial profiling’ gig.  California Code 834b offers absolutely none of the provisions that protect individuals from racial profiling as prescribed in the Arizona law.  What fucking kind of racists are they, anyhow?!

As for that last part, section c: I believe the mayors of Los Angeles and San Francisco might ought to be looking for a call from the State Attorney’s office soon, regarding an upcoming appointment for a rather public ass-crawling.  Perhaps a call to the State’s representatives demanding such an investigation would be in order.

When you communicate with California representatives, you might also want to mention that due to their state’s despicable behavior and betrayal of the American People and open hostility to the citizens of Arizona, California produce no longer has a place on your dinner table.  Perhaps even remind them of the further consequences of their State’s reckless behavior in inciting civil discord among the ranks of ungrateful illegals whom nurse at the teat of the taxpayer.  And no, the parasites are not fucking welcome!

Finally, while you’re feeling the high of civic activism, a gesture of support to Arizona for leading the charge to protect our borders can’t hurt.

TIP – LEARN ESPAÑOL:  When you meet an illegal on the street or in your community, the proper way to greet them is to say boisterously, “¡Vete a la chingada!”

Do you have any idea when Mrs. Who and I took our last vacation?  Two-thousand fucking ONE.  Come to think of it, that’s been pretty much our ONLY vacation since we started dating.  We had to “postpone” our honeymoon because of work schedules and kids, and never made it happen.  I won’t go into the seventy-odd thousand reasons WHY, and how that was just the beginning of a chain of events set in motion by the evil acts of a few… The very same few people whom I’d like to see visited by The Wrath of God®.  But that’s a tangential path already beat down to bare stone.

Yeah, we’ve had our share – who hasn’t.  And things were starting to look up, for a while.  Now it’s coming in broader waves of public and societal influence.  It’s a growing dread about our future under this administration and in this new global atmosphere of Accommodation.  Suffice it to say, I’m sick of the news.  I’m sick of hearing what’s going on in our country and around the world.  It makes me want to lock the doors and windows and clean all my guns.

I would so love to be able to believe in real Hope and real Change again.  The kind this man gave us in the 1980′s…

I wonder if we’ll ever see the likes of him again in our lifetimes.  You are so very missed, Mr. President.

In the meantime, I’m closing the blinds, turning off the TV, and opening a new jar of Hoppes No. 9.

I say we put him in charge of this oil spill crisis.  He’d probably have the wellhead contained before 5:00 PM his first day on the job —  or someone’s getting shot in the ass!

I don’t know why Mexico is being so pissy.  After all, the kid was already dead, according to the headline.  If the cop had desecrated an inanimate corpse, I could see their point.  But hey… the little dead fucker was throwing rocks – CLEARLY indicating he was a zombie.

Perhaps they’re pissed, because like all the other citizens it wants to see leave their country, Mexico wants to migrate their own Zombie Apocalypse to our soil as well.

I say bring it, fuckers…  They’ll make good practice until the blue helmets arrive.
